ProfileBryant holds a degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Master Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Upon completion of his Bachelor's degree, Bryant moved to San Francisco and began working as a certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He found that the industry did not regulate qualifications and its values were not aligned with professional practices he sought to improve. Sales were celebrated over service and knowledge. He was always interested in cultivating his craft and building lasting relationships with clients. After being immersed in the corporate box gym mentality for a few years, he began to realize the common practices used to “sell” training services were outdated and often times lacked professionalism. He decided to be true to his own philosophy of building trust and showing value via a more updated and professional method in acquiring new clients. He went on to open his own studio in 2014 that now generates seven figures within a 1400 sq feet space. Perform For Life has since expanded into two studios. Bryant continues to help the industry grow and become more professional through various speaking engagements and workshops about fitness business topics. Over the past 10 years he has managed, mentored, and overseen several professional trainers and interns who are now industry leaders, coaches, and clinicians.
