ProfileDr. Karlie Intlekofer is dedicated to helping others lead an active lifestyle. As a former faculty member at the University of Vermont, she has taught neuroscience and behavior courses, and has published research articles and book chapters on the cognitive benefits of physical activity. Her passion in this field is bolstered by her experience as a coach and personal trainer, which gave her the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages and abilities. Karlie integrates evidence-based practices into exercise programming and uses the latest exercise science research to develop customer solutions in her current role as a Global Wellness Researcher at Johnson Fitness & Wellness.
